What is a Crew Account?

Designed with project managers and crew leaders in mind, a Crew Account is a limited permission user designation that allows your crew members to access the information they need without overwhelming them.

  • Your Crew Users will be able to only view estimates and work orders specifically shared with them.

  • Crew users have the power to add additional work from your pre-created options, giving them the ability to upsell on-site while maintaining control over the choices.

  • Crew users can create invoices, however, they won't be able to send invoices or estimates directly to customers. That way, you maintain control over communication with your valued clients.

How to add a Crew user

If you are interested in adding a Crew user please reach out to our support team with the user's first name, last name and email address.

Because Crew users have limited permissions they are billed at a discounted rate of $19/month.

How to Share an Estimate with a Crew User

You can share work orders with your team by clicking the drop-down beside the send button > Share with Staff and selecting the user you would like to grant access to!

To ensure they get notified when a work order has been shared -- each Crew user will want to visit their profile > notifications > and select the option for on assignment.
