Click on “Review and Send.”

A window will appear where you can edit your email message and review the quote before sending. On the top left you will find the customer's email that you are sending the quote to. If the customer's email address is saved in their contact information, their address will automatically populate in the "To" field.  If you have not done so, their email address will not auto-populate when you go to send the quote. Manually enter their email address in the "To" box, or add it to their contact information before clicking "Review and Send."

You will also have the option of sending the quote as a text message.

You can edit the Subject and Body of your email before sending the quote. Write a quick note to the customer, explaining anything they need to know about the quote.
Create an email template if you have a common email note you send to customers, so you don't have to re-type it each time (learn more).

To the right of the email is a preview of the quote. Scroll up and down to review the quote.

  • If you want to preview quotes as customers would see them, read the end of this article
