1. Click the person icon in the top right of your page and go to your Account Settings > Communications > Email Templates section.
2. Click on the Estimate, Invoice, or Work Order tiles to create your default email template. You can also create more email templates by clicking the +New Template button.
3. Create your subject line. Click the Tag icon to add a personalization!
Tags: used to pre-populate information from the estimate - like the customer's first name, your company name, etc. Then when you send off an estimate, it will automatically pull the appropriate information!
4. Create the body of your email. A link to the estimate will automatically be included in the email when you go to send off the estimate.

5. To use your created template select your template from the Template drop-down when sending an estimate!

When complete, ensure the Enabled checkbox is selected, and don't forget to save your changes!
