You can present and accept estimates on the spot, rather than just emailing them. This is great if you want to speed up the sales process and the customer is ready to sign immediately!
How to accept estimates on site
1. Click the drop-down arrow beside the send button and select Preview/Accept.
2. A preview of the estimate will appear, allowing you to review it with the customer. This is a great opportunity to turn your tablet or phone around and go through the entire presentation together. When they are ready to accept, click the Accept button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. A pop-up will appear with a box where the customer can electronically sign their signature. Click Accept Estimate to finalize their acceptance.
4. The estimate will now show an Accepted status in PaintScout. It’s a good idea to email the estimate to the customer so they have a copy for their records too!
