Invoicing workflow when a deposit via credit card is made

1. If you have enabled the option to allow payments on estimates (deposit), an invoice will automatically generate once the customer clicks accept and pays the deposit. The invoice generated will track the deposit payment made and show the balance due.


How to convert an Estimate into an Invoice

1. While on an estimate, click the drop-down arrow beside the send button > Create Invoice. An invoice will automatically generate and you can start tracking payments.

How to send an Invoice

1. Click the Send button on an invoice

2. Type out your email and review the invoice.

3. Click Send to send the invoice to your customer.
