Setting up Email Notifications

Enabling notifications for chat messages, quotes that have been accepted or declined, and additional work.

1. Click the Person icon in the top right of your page and go to Your Profile.

2. Select the Notifications section.

3. Ensure that the notifications are toggled on.


4. Click the checkboxes for the email notifications you would like to enable.

If you have an admin account, you can choose to receive email notifications for only your own estimates or all estimates!

  • Estimate Accepted: When estimates have been accepted - on the spot or via email.

  • Estimate Declined: When estimates have been declined.

  • Additional Work Accepted: When additional work has been accepted on an estimate or invoice.

  • Estimate Could Not Be Delivered - When an estimate could not be delivered to the contact.

  • Estimate Chat - When you receive a new message from a customer via the chat feature.

  • On Assignment - When an estimate has been assigned to you.

  • Payment Received - When a payment has been received on an estimate or invoice.
