The Declined Estimates Report gives you an overview of all declined estimates across your team, helping you generate detailed reports of your lost projects.

The summary section provides a complete breakdown of declined estimates. You can sort by decline date, estimate ID, type, contact, user, reason, and job total.

Estimate Type: This graph breaks down declined estimates by type. Hover over each section of the pie chart for exact numbers, or check the table below for more details.

Job Size: This graph highlights which job sizes are being declined the most.

Create more detailed reporting by setting your parameters in the Filters section to the right.

Export your report by selecting the Export button in the Summary header. This will initiate a download of a .CSV file to your device.
