The All Activity Report tracks all activity that happens with your estimates and invoices. It shows when they were created, restored, manually updated, sent out, or archived. It also records when thank you messages were sent, estimate types were changed, edits were made, warnings appeared, payments were marked as received, owners were changed plus when estimates were accepted, declined, copied, or downloaded. It also logs when payments were made. Basically, this report gives you a clear view of all the actions across your account!
Filtering
Create more detailed reporting by setting your parameters in the Filters section to the right.
Exporting
Export your report by selecting the Export button in the Summary header. This will initiate a download of a .CSV file to your device.
