The Accepted Estimates Report compiles all the important details for every accepted estimate in your account, giving you a quick and organized way to track accepted jobs.

Summary

In the summary section, you’ll find a table of useful data that includes:

  • Acceptance Date: The date the estimate was accepted.

  • Estimate Number: Click the document number to open the estimate directly.

  • Estimate Type: Quickly see the type of project.

  • Contact Name: Click the client's name to jump straight to their profile.

  • Acceptance Method: See how the estimate was accepted—whether manually by the estimator, in preview mode on-site, or through the link emailed to the client.

  • User: The team member who created the estimate.

  • Total: The estimate's value at the time of acceptance.

You can also use the filter section on the right-hand side to create customized reports based on this data.


Graphs

Visualize your data with graphs that break down acceptance methods, estimate types, job sizes, and estimator comparisons.


Why use this report?

The Accepted Estimates Report provides valuable insights into your business’s performance by showing how and when estimates are accepted. It allows you to track which project types are most often approved, how clients accept estimates (in-person or via email), and which team members are closing the most deals. This data helps you spot trends, identify your most profitable job types, and better understand client behavior. By analyzing these acceptance patterns, you can fine-tune your project planning, improve operational efficiency, and better forecast future work.
