Why is my auto follow-up not applicable to send?

Condition not met

A follow-up will not be sent if the required status or condition hasn't been reached yet. For instance, if your follow-up is set to go out when an estimate has been viewed, but the estimate is still marked as sent, then the follow-up isn't applicable to send yet.

Condition already met

If the estimate has already met the criteria specified for the follow-up then the follow-up won't be sent. It'll just move on to the next scheduled follow-up.

For example: if your follow-up is configured to send when the estimate's status has been sent after 2 days but the customer immediately viewed the estimate and it is now in viewed status, the follow-up will not be sent.

Late addition

If a follow-up is added after the conditions it's based on have already been met by the estimate, it will not be sent.
