Sales
This number refers to the total dollar amount of estimates accepted. This box will also show the total number of estimates won, and the average value.
You can click the View button to expand and see a detailed list of all estimates accepted.
Total Estimates
This section provides a comprehensive overview of all estimates created by your team during a specified period. This includes estimates in different stages such as Sent, Viewed, Accepted, On Hold, and Declined. Estimates in Draft status are not considered in this section.
The Sent and Viewed estimates are presented in the order of their creation dates, providing a chronological view of your estimating activities.
Accepted estimates, on the other hand, are organized based on their acceptance dates. This allows you to gauge your win rate effectively and understand your team's performance in converting estimates to successful deals.
Estimates Open
This section shows all of the estimates that have yet to receive a firm yes or no answer from your customer, essentially any estimate that remains in a Sent or Viewed status.
Win Rate
The Win Rate measures the number of estimates delivered by your team compared to the number of estimates accepted.
Dollars Won
Considering the total dollars of your estimates delivered, this metric calculates the percentage of dollars successfully closed by your team.
Close Rate
Your Close Rate represents the percentage of estimates that receive a clear decision—either accepted or declined—without remaining open.
For example, if you sent 10 estimates, 5 were accepted, and 5 were declined, your Close Rate would be 100%, as all estimates have been resolved!
💡PRO TIP: Your Close Rate should usually always be 100% or very close to! Get those yes's and no's from customers!
