We're excited to introduce the new enhanced PaintScout Settings interface – designed with your workflow in mind. We're constantly trying to improve how you can interact with our platform, making PaintScout smoother and more streamlined than ever before. This article will highlight the new layout and functionality of the settings.


Revamped Account Settings

We've given the Account Settings a fresh, user-friendly makeover to simplify your experience. The left-side table of contents provides a comprehensive view of your settings, while expandable arrows reveal related sections.

Enhanced Company-Wide Management

Centralize your email templates, chat, and follow-ups within the account settings. You can now enjoy a more organized and straightforward way of managing these settings at a company-wide level, establishing consistency across all users.

☝️ P.S. These settings will remain under each user's profile unless you want to switch them over. If you would like to move your email templates, follow-ups, and chat to the Account Settings please reach out to our support team!

The new layout categorizes emails into two distinct types:

➑️ Emails Sent by Your Team: These are your standard email templates when sending estimates, work orders, or invoices. Click the +Add New Template button to create more.

➑️ Emails Sent Automatically: These emails are sent automatically based on a given trigger. The available triggers are listed below:

  • Thank you - Accepted: This email will be sent automatically when estimates have been accepted.

  • Thank you - Declined: This email will be sent automatically when estimates have been declined.

  • Payment Received: This email will be sent automatically when any payment is added.


Integrations

Integrated Payment Settings with Stripe

The payments configuration has found its new home within the Stripe integration.

Pipeline CRM moved to the Intregrations list
