The activity section in the sidebar menu captures every event on the estimate or invoice, documenting the creation, sending, viewing, acceptance, and payments processed. You can check this activity from both the dashboard and within the estimate or invoice.

Activity on the Dashboard 

Check out the activity section on your dashboard to see the activity that is happening across all estimates.


Activity on the Estimate

You can also view individual activity within an estimate. Open the sidebar menu and select the Activity tab. It's a fantastic way to understand how your customer is engaging with the estimate!

  • Estimate Sent: Find out when the estimate was sent, what the email contained, and even restore the estimate to this version if needed.

  • Estimate Viewed: Track when and how long your customer checked out the estimate.

  • Estimate Accepted: Keep tabs on when your customer accepted the estimate, complete with their signature.

  • Thank You Message Sent: Verify that the automatic thank-you message reached your customer.

  • Payment Made: Spot the moment a successful payment is made via Stripe or reported directly on the estimate.


Activity on the Invoice

View individual activity within an invoice including when payments were requested and collected.

  • Payment Requested: View the specifics of payment requests sent to the customer.

  • Payments: Find out when a payment has been made on the invoice.

  • Invoice Viewed: Keep tabs on when and how long your customer viewed the invoice.

  • Invoice Sent: See the details for when the invoice was sent.
