How to Set Up Payment Received Emails

1. Click the person icon in the top right of your page and go to your Account Settings > Communications > Email Templates > Emails Sent Automatically section.

2. Click the Payment Received email template and customize the email message you would like to send to your customer when their payment is received. This message will be sent automatically when a payment is applied to an estimate or invoice.
