Lists the Quote items by Area - i.e. Bedroom, Bathroom, Office - and then what's being painted (substrates) under it. Essentially it organizes the Quote by room, and shows the total price of painting that area.

Lists the Quote items by Substrate - i.e. if painting Walls in the Bedroom, Bathroom and Office it will list it as Walls with all the areas associated under it. Essentially, it organizes the Quote by substrate instead of by room, and will show the breakdown of each substrate you will be working on and the cost of each.
