How Customers can View their Quote

Once you send off a quote to a customer, they will receive it by email. The email will contain a link. The customer can click the link and will be re-directed to a web-page where they can view the quote.

Customers can scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Terms, or click the "Terms" tab to see them directly.

The "More" drop down allows the customer to Print the Quote, Download as a PDF, or Decline the Quote (if enabled in your settings).

How to Accept a Quote

By clicking the "Accept" button, a window will appear where the customer can manually sign the Quote.

The description below the signature is an Acceptance Disclaimer, which can be customized in your Account Settings (learn more).

After clicking the "Accept Quote" button, the Quote will appear in PaintScout as "Accepted."

How to Preview Quotes as Customers Would See Them

The "Review and Send" page is a preview of how the quote will appear, but it isn't the exact same web-page preview as the customer sees. If you would like to preview the exact page the customer will see, you can do so by using the "Preview/Accept" button on the quote.

Click the drop down arrow beside the "Review and Send" button on the Quote, and click "Preview/Accept."

A page will appear with a preview of the quote (how the customer will see it). You can click "Accept" if you want to sign it on the spot, i.e. at the customer's home and they are ready to accept right away (learn more). Click "Done" once you are finished viewing the quote.
