Tasks keep important reminders and follow-ups tied directly to your deals, contacts, and companies.
Creating a New Task
β1. On the Tasks page, click New Task.
2. This opens the Create New Task dialog.

In the dialog, fill out the following details:
βTask Title β A clear name for the task (e.g., βCall customer for follow-upβ).
Deal β Select the Deal to link this task to.
User β Assign the task to yourself or another team member.
Description β Add any notes or details about the task.
Due Date & Time β Set when the task should be completed.β
Use a single task for one-off work. If you need the same group of tasks on multiple deals, use Checklists instead.

Where Does the Task Appear?
βNewly created tasks appear on the Upcoming tab of the Tasks page.
The task is also automatically shown on the related Deal, Contact, and Companies pages, in both the Tasks section and the Activity log.
