Contacts are at the center of your workflow — they connect to Deals, Estimates, Invoices, Companies, Events, and Tasks. Creating a Contact ensures every sale, communication, and activity is tracked with to the right customer.
Creating a Contact
Click the New Contact button.
Fill in the fields about the contact.
The Contact Page
Once created, each Contact has its own page with detailed information.
Details Section
Shows the Contact’s name, address, and related company.
Edit by clicking the pencil icon or the "..." (More) menu next to the name.
Linked Records
Displays all linked Deals, Estimates, Invoices, Events, and Tasks.
Tags
Add a Contact tag to help organize and filter.

Activity, Notes & Files
Activity & Chat History: View all interactions with this Contact.
Learn more about activity in PaintScout >Notes: Add important internal notes.
Notes can be edited anytime.
You can also attach files directly to notes for easy reference.
