How to create a new contact

Written by Nastassia Reicher

Contacts store customer details and link them to estimates, invoices, and companies. With Operations, they also connect to deals, sales events, jobs, and tasks.

Creating a contact ensures every sale, communication, and activity is tracked to the right customer.
