You can connect your Google Calendar to PaintScout for a seamless one-way or two-way sync of your events. Here's how it works and what to expect once connected:
PaintScout → Google Calendar
All events created in PaintScout will appear in your Google Calendar with full details.
Google Calendar → PaintScout
Events from your Google Calendar will sync to PaintScout with the option to customize what event details show on your PaintScout calendar.
How to Connect to Google Calendar
Click Your Profile > Integrations
Toggle on the Google Calendar integration
Select which account you want to connect.
Click continue and wait for it to load.

Customizing your Calendar
When it comes to connecting your Google Calendar to your PaintScout account, you can now fully customize your connection settings.
Select your preferred sync option:
Two-way sync: select the two-way sync if you want events from your Google Calendar to appear on PaintScout, and vice versa.
One-way sync from PaintScout to Google: select this if you want events from PaintScout to appear in your Google Calendar, but keep in mind that your Google events will not show on your PaintScout calendar.
One-way sync from Google to PaintScout: select this if you want events from your Google Calendar to appear in PaintScout, but remember that your PaintScout events will not show on your Google Calendar.
When selecting the two-way sync or one-way sync from Google to PaintScout options, you can also customize what event details from your Google Calendar are visible to yourself - and to your team - on PaintScout:
Hide event details: select this option if you want to hide all Google event details on PaintScout. When this option is selected, Google events will simply show as "Busy" on your PaintScout calendar.
Show event details to only me: select this if you would like your Google event details to be shown on your own PaintScout calendar, but to have details hidden from the rest of your team.
Show event details to everyone: select this if you want to show all of your Google event details to everyone on your team.
What happens when changes are made in Google
If you edit a PaintScout event in Google Calendar, here’s what will and won’t sync back to PaintScout:
