Payment requests get automatically marked as paid when your customers opt to pay by credit card. However, if your customer prefers to pay with cash, a check, or another method, you can manually mark the request as paid by following these steps:
Click the three dots located to the right of the payment request.
Choose the Mark as Paid option.
Decide whether to process a credit card payment on-site or record payment through alternative methods like cash, check, electronic transfer, etc.
Once the payment is logged, the request will be marked as paid.
