We're excited to introduce the Payment Requests Report! Much like our finance and outstanding invoices reports, payment request reports offer a streamlined approach to managing your open payment requests and ensuring that your invoicing process runs smoothly.

What Are Payment Request Reports?

This report is a powerful tool designed to help you monitor and manage your outstanding payment requests. Whether you're awaiting payment from customers or need to stay on top of your pending invoices, this feature provides you with a clear and concise summary of all your open payment requests. By using payment request reports, you can easily track payments made via credit card, allowing you to update pending payment requests as paid instantly.


How to Access Payment Reports

1. Log in to your PaintScout account and go to the Reports tab.

2. Select the Payment Requests report.


Information Included in Payment Requests Reports

Here's what you can expect to see:

  • Contact Name: The name of the customer associated with the payment request.

  • Requested Amount ($): The total amount requested in the payment.

  • Payment Status: Indicates whether the payment request is pending or paid.

  • Payment Date: The date when the payment was made.

  • Invoice Number: A unique identifier for the invoice associated with the payment request.

  • Notes: Any notes included in your initial request.
