Archiving can be seen as a soft delete in PaintScout. You are probably familiar with the process of archiving line items and areas which then move to the archived tab along the top of your estimate. The same functionality also exists for full estimates, allowing you the most control over your active estimate list.
How to Archive an Estimate
Here's how you can archive an estimate in a few simple steps:
In the estimate, click on the drop-down menu next to the send button.
Choose the option Archive Estimate from the list.
A banner will appear at the top of the estimate, confirming that it has been successfully archived.
