This exciting new feature is designed to inspire friendly competition, motivate your team, and provide valuable insights into sales performance.
Below, you will find everything you need to know about the leaderboards.
What are the Leaderboards?
PaintScout Leaderboards let users see how they compare to other sales reps across the PaintScout network in two key areas: Sales and Win Rate (coming soon!).
How Ranks are Calculated
Users are ranked separately on two leaderboards:
Sales: Ranks players based on the total value of accepted estimates.
Win Rate: Ranks players based on the percentage of accepted estimates.
Understanding Your Rank
Each leaderboard is ranked independently, highlighting the top 300 performers. You could be ranked on both leaderboards, just one, or neither—making every estimate count!
Both leaderboards display a player's Sales, Win Rate, and number of estimates sold to help users better understand the information presented.
When are Ranks Calculated
Ranks are calculated for the current month, previous month, and previous year:
This Month: Rankings reflect performance from the 1st of the current month to today. For example, if it’s February 10th, the Leaderboard shows your Sales and Win Rate from February 1st–10th.
Last Month: Rankings show data from the 1st to the last day of the previous month.
Last Year: Rankings cover the entire previous calendar year, from January 1st to December 31st.

The column highlighted in light grey indicates the data being ranked, while the other columns provide additional context to help you better understand the information.
🚫 Not Ranked (NR) Players
If you or one of your team members shows up as Not Ranked, there are a few reasons why this might be:
Not qualified in the top 300 players (Sales or Win Rate isn't high enough to make the top 300)
Has not sent 10 estimates (only applies to the Win Rate leaderboard for This Month or Last Month time periods).
Has not sent 50 estimates (only applies to the Win Rate leaderboard for Last Year time period).
Our algorithm does not have the player on file. Reach out to support for more details.
Click the tooltip to learn why:

🧐 Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see my rank if I’m not in the top 300?
Currently, the leaderboard only displays the top 300 users. If you’re not in the top 300, keep improving to increase your rank!
What does "Sales" mean?
Sales refers to the total dollar amount of accepted estimates.
What is "Win Rate"?
Win Rate is the percentage of estimates that have been accepted compared to the total estimates sent.
How often do the leaderboards update?
The leaderboards are updated periodically throughout the day. You can see when it was last updated at the bottom of the leaderboard.
My dashboard stats don't match what shows on the leaderboards, how come?
It is likely because the leaderboard hasn't been updated yet, keep checking back and it should match up!
Please also note that the leaderboard stats look at the pre-tax totals and include archived estimates.
How are tied ranks determined?
Sales Leaderboard
When two players have the exact same total dollar amount of closed estimates, the Win Rate is used as the secondary stat to break the tie.
Win Rate Leaderboard
When two players have the exact same win rate, the number of sold estimates (higher) is used as the secondary stat. If those are also tied, the total dollars sold is used as the third stat to determine the ranking.
Why does it say I'm not ranked (NR)?
There are a few reasons why a player may not be ranked:
Not qualified in the top 300 players (Sales or Win Rate isn't high enough to make the top 300)
Has not sent 10 estimates (only applies to the Win Rate leaderboard for This Month or Last Month time periods).
Has not sent 50 estimates (only applies to the Win Rate leaderboard for Last Year time period).
Our algorithm does not have the player on file. Contact us for more details.
