The All Deals report provides a complete overview of all deals in your CRM. This report helps you understand your entire sales pipeline at a glance and identify patterns, trends and changes across different deal attributes.

By reviewing this report, you can:

  • Monitor your pipeline health by tracking how many deals you have and where they sit in your sales process.

  • Identify bottlenecks in your pipeline so you can solve them.

  • Track changes and trends in job size or deal type.


What Youโ€™ll See in the All Deals Report

  • Deal Stage Breakdown: View how many deals are in each stage of your sales process, from initial contact through closed-won.

  • Deal Type Breakdown: See the distribution of deals across different estimate/deal types.

  • Value of your Deals: Understand how your deals are distributed across job size amounts, helping you identify your highest value jobs.

  • Filtering & Grouping Deals: Customize your view and drill into your opportunities and sales data. You can do this by:

    • Filtering by deal stage, tag(s), and attributes.

    • Grouping results to analyze the composition of your sales pipeline.
