Event types let you categorize different kinds of appointments β like estimates, site visits, or follow-up meetings. Customizing these ensures your calendar reflects the way your team actually works.
Editing Event Types
Click the person icon in the top-right corner and choose Account Settings.
Go to Events > Event Types.
From here you can:
Edit an existing event type (update the name or description).
Remove event types you no longer need.
Add new event types to match your workflow.
