Event Email Templates

Event email templates let you control the messaging your customers receive around appointments and site visits. You can update the subject line and body of each message to match your company’s tone and style.


Editing Event Email Templates

  1. Click the person icon in the top-right corner of the app and choose Account Settings.

  2. Navigate to Communications > Email Templates.

  3. You’ll see four templates related to events:

    • Event Confirmation

    • Event Reminder (1 Day Before)

    • Event Reminder (1 Hour Before)

    • Event Canceled

  4. Click on any template to edit the subject line and message body.

  5. Click the checkbox to enable the email template.

  6. Save your changes.

Important

  • There is no editable template for rescheduled events.

  • If you change the date or time of an event, an updated confirmation email is sent automatically with the new details.
