This feature is currently in beta.

The following features aren’t included in this initial release, but are coming very soon:

  • Automations triggered when a lead form is submitted

  • Image uploads on forms

Important: Access to this feature requires the CRM add-on.

If you don’t see it available in your account, please email product@paintscout.com to have it enabled.

Once your lead form is set up, you can share it with potential customers so they can submit inquiries. There are two ways to share a lead form: via a shareable link or by embedding it.

How it works

  • Each lead form has a unique URL

  • Anyone with the link can open and submit the form

  • Submissions automatically create a contact and deal in PaintScout

Shareable Link

  1. Open the form and click the Settings tab

  2. Click the Share Options button

  3. Copy the link

Embed a Lead Form on Your Website

Embedding a lead form allows you to place the form directly in your website's HTML so leads can submit their request without leaving the page.

1. Open the form and click the Settings tab.

2. On the Confirmation Page section, select the default confirmation page option.

3. Click the Share Options button.

4. Click the Embed tab and copy the HTML code.

5. Return to your website. Depending on your provider (i.e. Wix, Webflow, Wordpress etc.), navigate to the webpage where you would like the lead form displayed.

Please note: Certain website providers, such as Wordpress, may require a paid plan in order to use the "script" type of HTML code.

6. Most websites have an option to "Embed HTML" directly on your webpage - simply paste the code above and preview your embedded lead form!
