# Cancel Your Subscription

Learn how to cancel your PaintScout subscription and export your data

Manage your PaintScout subscription in **Account Settings**. You can remove the Operations add-on or cancel your subscription. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Once your current billing period ends, your account becomes locked and most actions are limited. Be sure to export your [estimates](/support/estimating/managing-estimates-and-work-orders/managing-estimates/how-to-filter-estimates-and-export.md), [contact list](/support/contacts-and-companies/contacts-and-companies/how-to-export-your-contact-list.md), and any other data you want to keep.

## Canceling your Subscription

1\. Go to your **Account Settings** → **Billing** → **Plan Details**.

2\. Click **Cancel My Subscription**.

3\. Complete the short cancellation process. Your subscription is canceled immediately, though your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.

## Removing the Operations Add-On

1. Go to your **Account Settings** → **Billing** → **Plan Details**.
2. 3. Submit the form to remove your add-on. A PaintScout team member will contact you to process the request.
