Please note the Wisetack Integration is only available to companies located in the United States.

With PaintScout's Finance Reports feature, you can easily view and analyze your customer's financing applications and prequalifications. In this guide, we'll explain how to use the Finance Reports feature and answer some common questions about it.

What are Finance Reports?

The Financing Reports feature is an essential tool for businesses that offer financing through Wisetack. This feature provides you with a comprehensive overview of your client's prequalifications and financing application statuses.


How to access Finance Reports

  1. Log in to your PaintScout account and go to the Reports tab.

  2. Under the Financing section, you can then choose to view the prequalification or financing application status.


What information is included in the Reports?

Financing Reports are designed to be easy to understand, providing a clear and concise summary of the client's prequalifications and financing application status.

The prequalification report displays the following information:

  1. Customer Name

  2. Prequalified Amount ($)

  3. Prequalified Link

  4. Status

  5. Application Start Date

  6. Date of Last Update

The financing application report displays the following information:

  1. Customer Name

  2. Prequalified Amount ($)

  3. Requested Financing Amount ($)

  4. Approved Financing Amount ($)

  5. Application Link

  6. Application Status

  7. Application Start Date

  8. Date of Last Update

  9. Invoice Number

Not only can you quickly access your current finance and prequalification applications but by reviewing the reports regularly, you can gain insights into your financing activities and make informed decisions.


Advanced Reporting

Filtering

  1. Select the Filters button

  2. Filter your results by setting the last updated date range in the from and to boxes.

  3. In the Status section, you may select multiple statuses' in the drop-down provided.

Export and Downloading

  1. Click the drop-down beside the Filters button

  2. Select Download to download your results in PDF format

  3. Select Export to download your results in .CSV format
