How to create a new contact

1. Click on the People tab and select New Contact.

2. Select whether the contact is for an individual or a company

3. Fill out the applicable contact fields and press Confirm to save the contact.


How to add a contact to an estimate

1. On the estimate select Add Contact

2. Use the search bar to choose a contact from your list of existing contacts or click on +New to create a contact.

If creating a new contact, you will have the choice to input an individual contact or company contact.

  • Choose individual and enter the new contact's information.

  • Choose company if you would like to populate a field for the company name.


How to change a contact

1. On the estimate click the pencil icon beside the contact.

From here you can:

  • Edit your current contact 

  • Select a new existing contact 

  • Create & use a new contact
