Acceptance Disclaimers
Estimates will automatically require an electronic signature from your customer upon acceptance. Use the disclaimers to personalize the message displayed below the signature box when accepting estimates and additional work.
How to Let Your Customers Decline Estimates
If you would like to give your customers the option to decline the estimate, make sure you toggle on the Declined option. Similar to the acceptance, you can add a disclaimer for the customer to read.
They can also provide a reason for their decline after clicking the "decline" button on the estimate.
