The Events Booked report helps you track and understand how your team is booking events—primarily estimate appointments. This report gives you visibility into booking trends and event volume, so you can better manage workload and plan ahead.
By reviewing this report, you can:
Monitor how many estimates are being scheduled
Identify trends in booking activity
What You’ll See in the Events Booked Report
Total Events Booked: Shows the total number of events booked during the selected time period.
Breakdown by Event Type: View how bookings are distributed across different event types, such as estimates or project walkthroughs.
Scheduled Events Over Time: A time-based view showing how many events were booked over days, weeks, or months. This makes it easy to:
Spot increases or slowdowns in booking activity
Identify seasonal trends
Track the impact of marketing or sales efforts
