We’re excited to partner with Sherwin-Williams to give you direct access to their product browser. With this integration, you can easily search their catalogue, add products to your own library, and display them on estimates.
What is the Sherwin-Williams Product Browser?
The Sherwin-Williams Product Browser lets you explore their full list of products right inside your settings.
Browse Products: Search by application (interior, exterior, or both) and by type (e.g., liquid coating, primer).
Add to Your Library: Select one or multiple products to add directly to your own library.
Ready-to-Use on Estimates: Products added from Sherwin-Williams include an image and short description, which will display to your customers on estimates.
How Does It Work?
Go to your Account Settings > Products section and open the Sherwin-Williams Product Browser.
Select one or multiple products.
Click +Add to My Library.
The products you add will now appear in your own library.
From your library, you can:
Adjust the price
Update the coverage
Assign the product to specific estimate types (by default, products added to your library will be assigned to all types)
Using Sherwin-Williams Products on Estimates
When you add these products to an estimate, the following will automatically appear in a Products section below the estimate:
The product image
A short description
This helps customers see exactly what’s being used for their job, adding clarity and professionalism to your proposals.
