# Mark a Task as Complete

Mark tasks as complete to keep your task list organized, with the ability to reopen tasks if needed.

When a task is finished, you can mark it as complete to keep your task list organized and up to date. This works for one-off tasks and tasks created from a checklist.

## ✅ Completing a Task

Click the checkbox next to the task on the **Deal**, **Contact**, **Company**, or **Tasks** page. Completed tasks display with a **strikethrough** for easy reference.

On the **Tasks** page, the task moves to the **Completed** tab.

## 🔄 Reopening a Task

If you mark a task complete by mistake, you can easily reopen it:

1. Go to the **Completed** tab.
2. Uncheck the **checkbox** next to the task.
