# Mark a Task as Complete

When a task is finished, you can mark it as Complete to keep your Task list organized and up to date.

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Important:** this feature requires the paid **Operations add-on.**
{% endhint %}

***

## ✅ Completing a Task

Click the checkbox next to the task on the Deal, Contact, Company or Tasks page. Completed tasks are displayed with a **strikethrough** for easy reference.

On the Task page, the task will instantly move to the **Completed** tab.

## 🔄 Reopening a Task

If you mark a task complete by mistake, you can easily reopen it:

1. Go to the **Completed** tab.
2. Uncheck the **checkbox** next to the task.
