Delete a Payment Request
How to remove a payment request from an invoice while keeping the invoice accessible
You can remove a payment request from an invoice in PaintScout at any time. Deleting a request removes the payment banner your customer sees, but the invoice itself remains accessible.
Open the Payments section of the invoice.
Click the three dots on the right side of the payment request.
Select the Delete option.
The customer's invoice remains accessible after the payment request is deleted.
