# Wisetack Financing FAQ

Find quick answers to common Wisetack questions, including eligibility, fees, customer approvals, payout timing, and setup.

## General questions

Wisetack financing appears on estimates and invoices between **$500 and $25,000**.

<summary><strong>Do I need to add financing manually to each estimate or invoice?</strong></summary>

No. Once Wisetack is connected, the financing banner appears automatically on eligible estimates and invoices.

<summary><strong>How does my customer apply?</strong></summary>

Customers can apply directly from the estimate or invoice. You can also send them a financing application link by text.

<summary><strong>Who is ineligible?</strong></summary>

If your contacts are registered as a **company** in PaintScout, they are ineligible to apply for financing.

<details>

<summary><strong>How long are financing options?</strong></summary>

Approved customers can choose terms from **3 to 60 months**.

<details>

<summary><strong>Will applying affect my customer's credit score?</strong></summary>

Customers can check their options through Wisetack without impacting their credit score.

## Pricing and payouts

<summary><strong>How much does Wisetack cost me?</strong></summary>

Wisetack financing costs **3.9% per approved transaction**. There is no setup fee, no flat fee per transaction, and no separate credit card processing fee.

<summary><strong>How much does financing cost my customer?</strong></summary>

APR ranges from **0% to 35.9%**, depending on the customer's eligibility and selected term. All financing is subject to credit approval. See [wisetack.com/faqs](http://wisetack.com/faqs) for details.

For example, a $1,000 purchase could cost $45.18/month for 24 months at 7.9% APR, or $333.33/month for 3 months at 0% APR.

You receive full payment within **2 to 3 business days** after your customer confirms the work is complete.

## Setup and availability

<summary><strong>How do I turn on Wisetack?</strong></summary>

Go to **Account Settings** → **Integrations**. Open **Wisetack** and complete the application. Approval usually takes **3 to 5 business days**.

If Wisetack is not listed, contact PaintScout support through chat or email **<support@paintscout.com>**.

Yes. Customers can still use the financing option after approving the estimate, as long as the document is still eligible.

## Advanced financing options

<summary><strong>Can I offer 0% APR financing?</strong></summary>

Yes. Wisetack offers optional **0% APR add-ons** for extended promotional terms. Your fee changes only when a customer qualifies for and selects one of those options.

<summary><strong>Can I split financed jobs into multiple payouts?</strong></summary>

Yes. If approved for **Wisetack Progress Payments**, you can split a financed job into an initial payout and a final payout.

<summary><strong>Can I turn off the integration?</strong></summary>

Once you connect Wisetack, financing is available on all eligible documents and cannot be turned off for individual estimates.
