PaintScout Instant delivers faster zaps with less wait time, regardless of whether you have the Operations add-on. All newest zaps are exclusive to this connection.
To upgrade to PaintScout Instant, you will have to update (and/or create) your zaps using this invite link.
1. Log in to your Zapier account.
2. Head over to the Zaps section on the far left. Now, you can either Create a new zap or Update a current zap.
We will create a deal in PaintScout as an example:
3. Choose if you want PaintScout to be the trigger or the action.
4. When the dialog box opens, type in "PaintScout Instant". Select the newest version - i.e. the one with the highest number.
5. Once selected, you can configure your zap!
6. When your zap is set up, test it to make sure the triggers and actions are functioning as desired.
If all goes well, publish and turn on your zap!
Yes. The Create or Update Estimate action includes a dealId field.
Add a dealId to link the estimate to that deal.
Clear or remove the dealId to unlink the estimate.
If the deal is already linked to a different estimate, remove that existing link first.
