# BusyBusy via Zapier

PaintScout integrates with BusyBusy through Zapier to automatically create projects and budgets when estimates are accepted, eliminating manual data entry between platforms.

## What is BusyBusy?

BusyBusy is a mobile time-tracking app for construction and other remote industries. It offers GPS time tracking, job costing, and progress tracking to help you make better business decisions.

## Why integrate PaintScout and BusyBusy?

Automate project and budget creation in BusyBusy when a PaintScout estimate is accepted. This eliminates duplicate data entry and keeps your focus on your business and customers.

## How do I create a project in BusyBusy when an estimate is accepted?

1\. Login to your **Zapier** account and create a **new Zap**.

2\. For your Trigger Event, select the PaintScout connection, followed by **Quote** or **Estimate Status Changed**.

3\. Next, under Estimate Status, select **Accepted**. You can also choose which Estimate Type(s) this zap will apply to.

4\. Once your trigger is configured, move onto setting up the action. After selecting BusyBusy, find **Search Project (Single)** under Action events.

5\. Add an action to **Create Project** in BusyBusy if this project doesn't already exist.

## How do I create a budget in BusyBusy when an estimate is accepted?

1\. Login to your **Zapier** account and create a **new Zap**.

2\. For your Trigger event, select the PaintScout connection, followed by **Quote** or **Estimate Status Changed**.

3\. When configuring your zap, select **Accepted** as the Estimate Status and then choose the Estimate Type(s) you'd like this zap to apply to.

4\. Create your first action event: **Delay by Zapier.** Select your preferred **Time Delayed For** value and unit.

5\. Next, you'll set up an Action event in BusyBusy. Select **Search Project (single)**.

At this point, you will set up a loop in Zapier to repeat the final 3 actions.

6\. When setting up the loop event, select the app **Looping by Zapier**, followed by **Create Loop from Line Items.**

7\. Configure your zap action according to your preferences, and then continue to set up the next action in BusyBusy - selecting **Search Cost Code (Single).**

8\. Your final step will be to **Create Budget** in BusyBusy.
