# Sales Events Booked Report

The Sales Events Booked Report in PaintScout tracks how your team schedules estimate appointments and other sales events, giving you visibility into booking trends and workload.

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Important:** this feature requires the paid **Operations add-on.**
{% endhint %}

Use this report to:

* Monitor how many estimates are being scheduled
* Identify trends and seasonal patterns in booking activity

## What does the Sales Events Booked Report show?

* **Total Sales Events Booked:** Shows the total number of sales events booked during the selected time period.
* **Breakdown by Sales Event Type:** View how bookings are distributed across different sales event types, such as estimates or project walkthroughs.
* **Scheduled Sales Events Over Time:** A time-based view showing how many sales events were booked over days, weeks, or months. This makes it easy to:
  * Spot increases or slowdowns in booking activity
  * Identify seasonal trends
  * Track the impact of marketing or sales efforts
