# All Invoices Report

The All Invoices Report in PaintScout shows every invoice in your account, so you can monitor payment status and stay on top of accounts receivable.

Use this report to:

* Track cash flow by monitoring invoice status
* Review the value and job size of your projects
* Check the date of last payment on each invoice

## What does the All Invoices Report show?

* **Breakdown by Status:** Number of invoices in each status (sent, partially paid, paid).
* **Breakdown by Type**: Distribution of invoices across different project types.
* **Value of your Invoices:** How invoices are distributed across job size dollar amounts.
* **Date of Last Payment**: Sort invoices by last payment date to ensure timely collection.
