The Product Browser is a built-in integration that lets you explore the full Sherwin-Williams product list directly from your PaintScout settings. * **Browse Products:** Search by application (interior, exterior, or both) and by type (e.g., liquid coating, primer). * **Add to Your Library:** Select one or multiple products to add directly to your own library. * **Ready-to-Use on Estimates:** Products added from Sherwin-Williams include an image and short description, which will display to your customers on estimates. *** ## How Do I Add Sherwin-Williams Products? 1. Go to your **Account** **Settings** > **Products** section and open the **Sherwin-Williams Product Browser**. 2. Select one or multiple products.

3. Click **+Add to My Library**.

4. The products you add will now appear in your own library.

### From your library, you can: * Adjust the **price** * Update the **coverage** * Assign the product to specific **estimate types** *(by default, products added to your library will be assigned to all types)*

*** ## How Do Products Appear on Estimates? When you add Sherwin-Williams products to an estimate, a **Products** section appears below the estimate showing: * The **product image** * A **short description** This gives customers a clear view of the materials being used for their project.

*** ## FAQ ### How do I remove a Sherwin-Williams product from my library? 1. Go to your **Products** > **My library** section and click the 3 dots next to a product and delete. 2. This will remove the Sherwin-Williams product from your library - you can always add it back later if needed!

*** ### Why can't I add a Sherwin-Williams product to my library? If the checkbox to add a product is no longer there, or the Save button is greyed out, it's because you have already added the product to your library!

*** ### Can I adjust the name and description of a Sherwin-Williams product? Not currently. The name and description of the product is provided by Sherwin-Williams and is not editable at this time. *** ### Is a coverage rate also imported? Yes! Most products have a recommended range for coverage rate. This integration will import the minimum of the provided range listed on the paint can. You can always customize the coverage rate once it is added to your library. *** ### How do I hide or show the Sherwin-Williams products on my estimate? Click the toggle button beside the Products section on the estimate to hide or show the list of images and descriptions.
