# Exporting Production Rates

You can export all PaintScout production rates to a CSV file for backup, analysis, or sharing with team members.

## How do I export production rates?

1\. Go to your **Account Settings** > **Production Rates** > **Rate Categories** section.

2\. Click the **Export** button. A CSV file downloads that you can open in Excel or another program.
