# Export Your Contact List

You can export your PaintScout contacts to a .CSV file for use in spreadsheet programs like Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.

1. Click the **Contacts** tab on your sidebar navigation.

2. Click the **Filter** button at the top right of the screen and set any desired parameters.

3. Once your parameters are set (or left blank if preferred), click **Export**.
4. A .CSV file of your contacts will download automatically. This .CSV file can be opened in any program of your choice: Google Sheets, Numbers, Excel, etc.
