Through our partnership with Sherwin-Williams, you can now include professionally designed color inspiration, tools, and resources in your estimates — without building anything from scratch. It's a simple way to make your presentations more polished and give customers everything they need to feel confident in their color choices.

Sherwin-Williams Presentation Pages are currently in open beta. You may encounter bugs or things that don't work quite as expected. We're actively making improvements and would love your feedback if you run into anything!

Getting Started

Sherwin-Williams content is available directly within your existing presentations — no additional setup or add-on required. If you have access to Presentations on your account, you're ready to go.

How to Add Sherwin-Williams Content

1. Go to Account Settings → Presentations.
2. Click on a presentation.
3. Click Add a section of content.
4. Select the Sherwin-Williams tab.
5. Choose from the available sections and add them to your presentation.

What's Available

The following sections are provided and maintained by Sherwin-Williams. Because this content is managed on their end, it cannot be edited — but you can choose which sections to include in each presentation.

What a Sherwin-Williams Section Looks Like

Once added, Sherwin-Williams sections appear in your presentation just like any other section. Your customers will see the content when they view their estimate — giving them a built-in resource for color inspiration and tools right alongside their quote.

How do I add Sherwin-Williams presentation pages?

Go to Account Settings → Presentations. Open a presentation. Click Add a section of content. Then select the Sherwin-Williams tab and add the sections you want.

Do I need a special plan or add-on?

No. Sherwin-Williams content is available anywhere Presentations is available. Presentations are included with the Business plan or as an enabled feature on your account.

Can I edit the Sherwin-Williams content?

No. Sherwin-Williams maintains these sections, so the content stays fixed. You can still choose which sections to add to each presentation.

Will the content change over time?

Yes. Sherwin-Williams may update sections over time, such as seasonal content, collections, or Color of the Year. Updates appear automatically.

Can I use these sections in every presentation?

Yes. You can add Sherwin-Williams sections to any presentation in your account. You can also use different sections in different presentations based on the job.
