# Manage Your Subscription

Manage your subscription and your plan within PaintScout. Contact our support team for other changes.

Add or remove the **Operations Add-On** yourself from your **Account Settings**. Contact PaintScout support to switch between monthly and annual billing options or for other changes.

## Add Operations

PaintScout's [Operations](broken://spaces/WkNHjfXEorvmq9q638Mz/pages/xccEpmzwLX32vjfTahSf) add-on unlocks painter accounts, deals and pipelines, the sales calendar, job scheduling, checklists and tasks, and automations. You can also begin a free [Operations Trial](#operations-trial) to assess if it's the right fit for your business.

1. Go to your **Account Settings** → **Billing** → **Plan Details**.
2. On the Operations banner, click **Get Add-on**.
3. Complete checkout. Operations features are turned on for your whole team once payment goes through.

### Operations Trial

Want to try Operations first? Start a free 30-day trial from any Operations page: **Pipeline**, **Calendar**, or **Tasks**.

During your trial, your **Plan Details** page shows the date your trial ends. When the trial ends, the Operations add-on is added to your subscription and billed on your regular billing cycle.

To stop the trial, click **Cancel Trial** on your **Plan Details** page. You keep full access to Operations until the trial's end date, and you won't be charged for the add-on.

## Remove Operations

1. Go to your **Account Settings** → **Billing** → **Plan Details**.
2. Click the (−) icon next to **Operations Add-On**.
3. Review the features you'll lose access to, then click **Remove Operations**.
4. Let us know why you're cancelling and click **Confirm Cancellation**.

You'll keep full access to Operations until the end of your current billing period. Your Billing page shows the date the add-on will be removed. After that date, active painter accounts are deactivated and Operations features are no longer available.

Partial billing periods are not refunded. If you change your mind after removing the add-on, contact <support@paintscout.com> to keep it.

## Other Changes

To make other changes to your subscription, such as switching between monthly and annual billing, email <support@paintscout.com> with your **full name**, **company name**, and the change you'd like to make. If applicable, specify whether you prefer *monthly or annual billing*.

Our team will send you a confirmation email once the change is complete.
