The Dashboard provides valuable insights into your business! To gain an even deeper understanding of your numbers, take advantage of the filters located at the top of your Dashboard. These filters will help you refine your sales metrics by date, estimate type, and salesperson.

Filtering Options

Filter by Date

Easily navigate through your sales metrics by selecting specific dates or even a custom date range. Choose from the dates listed in the drop-down menu or create a custom range that suits your needs.

πŸ’‘It's important to note that once you've selected a date range (except for custom), it will remain selected until you decide to change it.

Filter by Estimate Type

Gain insight into how your various projects are performing. Select one or multiple types from the Estimate Type drop-down menu to see detailed information on each specific project type.

Filter by Estimator

Similar to the date selector, you can also filter your data based on estimator. For instance, if you're looking for reports related to a specific estimator, you can easily do so by selecting their name from the drop-down. This feature allows you to narrow down your insights to focus on an estimator's individual performance.

Include Archived

To include archived estimates into your dashboard metrics select the check box on the far right!

Viewing Reports

Once you've set your parameters it's time to dive into the reports! You can click on either the Total Estimates, Estimates Closed, or Estimates Open boxes to view the corresponding estimates.
