Jobs in PaintScout are key to the production process. They can be scheduled, assigned to Project Managers and Crew, and their progress can be tracked within the platform. There are several ways to create jobs in PaintScout.
To assign jobs, you must first create your Crews. You can set up your Leads and crews in your Account Settings.
How do I Schedule a Job?
From a Deal
Open your selected deal.
On the Schedule card, click + New.
Select the job's dates.
Pro Tip: Click the calendar icon to verify your team's schedule and availability before selecting your dates.
4. Choose which crew the job will be assigned to.
5. Click Schedule Job when finished.
From the Production Calendar
Navigate to Calendars > Production
Find your selected deal on the Unscheduled tab.
Click the calendar icon.
Select the job's dates.
Choose which crew the job will be assigned to.
Click Schedule Job when finished.
