Every Deal can have one Estimate linked to it. Linking an Estimate keeps all job details in one place and ensures your pipeline stays accurate.
Adding an Estimate to a Deal
1. From the Deal page, click +New on the Estimate card. You can either:
Create a new Estimate from scratch
The Contact Details and Job Address are automatically filled in from the Deal.
Search for an existing Estimate to link
Estimates that are greyed out are already applied to another Deal and cannot be linked again.
ℹ️ Any invoices linked to that Estimate will automatically appear on the Deal page as well.
